1. Appointment of the auditor of the financial statements for 2021
Elect SIA “SANDRA DZERELE UN PARTNERIS”, registration number 40003476595, licence of the Latvian Association of Certified Auditors No. 38, as auditor of Frigate AS financial statements for the reporting period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, determining the auditor's fee for auditing the financial statements for 2021 EUR 3 900, excluding VAT.
