Notification on changes in the Board of Frigate AS
Riga, 2021-01-05 12:45 CET -- Frigate AS informs about changes in its Board: a new members of the Board was appointed - Kseniia Dushina, thus the composition of the Board of Frigate AS is as follows:
Dmitry Solovyev – Chairman of the Board with the right of sole representation of the company;
Armands Bušs – Member of the Board with the right of sole representation of the company;
Kseniia Dushina – Member of the Board with the right of sole representation of the company.
Changes in the Board of Frigate AS were registered in the Register of Enterprises on 5 January 2021.
