Notification on changes in the Board of Frigate AS
Riga, 2020-08-19 11:26 CEST -- Frigate AS informs about changes in its Board: Alexander Letovaltsev was relieved of his position as a member of the Board and 2 new members of the Board were appointed - Armands Bušs and Aleksejs Bahtinovs, thus the composition of the Board of Frigate AS is as follows:
Dmitry Solovyev - Chairman of the Board with the right of sole representation;
Armands Bušs - Member of the Board with the right of sole representation;
Aleksejs Bahtinovs - Member of the Board with the right of sole representation.
Changes in the Board of Frigate AS were registered in the Register of Enterprises on 18 August 2020.
