Frigate AS completes liquidation of two subsidiaries and establishes a new subsidiary
Riga, 2022-09-06 15:19 CEST -- Frigate AS informs about the completion of liquidation of two foreign subsidiaries - Frigate Pay UAB (Lithuania) and Frigate Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). More information on the initiation of liquidation of these subsidiaries here.
On 5 September 2022 Frigate AS founded a new subsidiary in Luxembourg - EastGate Luxembourg S.à r.l., whose main activity is securitization of projects.
