Draft resolutions of the annual general meeting of Frigate AS to be held on 31 May 2025
1. Approval of the annual report for the 2024
Draft resolution: approve the annual report for the 2024.
2. Distribution of profits
Draft resolution: leave the profit for 2024 undistributed.
3. Appointment of the auditor of the financial statements for 2025
Draft resolution: elect SIA “SANDRA DZERELE UN PARTNERIS”, registration number 40003476595, licence of the Latvian Association of Certified Auditors No. 38, as auditor of Frigate AS financial statements for the reporting period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, determining the auditor's fee for auditing the financial statements for 2025 EUR 4 500, excluding VAT.
Frigate AS audited annual report for 2024 together with the independent auditor’s report will be published on May 19, 2025.
