Decision of the Frigate AS general meeting of shareholders to announce a break
On 29 April 2019 at the annual general meeting Frigate AS discussed the issue of amendments to the rules for the increase of the share capital of Frigate AS approved on 15 April 2019. Shareholders of Frigate AS decided not to include the issue of amendments to the rules for the increase of the share capital of Frigate AS approved on 15 April 2019 at the annual general meeting of shareholders on 29 April 2019, but to announce a break for making a decision on this issue until 30 April 2019 15:00.
