CORRECTION: Frigate AS elects new Council members at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 30 December 2019
Riga, 2019-12-30 17:53 CET -- Supplemented decisions: 2. Other matters and 3. Amendments to the Statutes.
The following resolutions were made at the Frigate AS extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 30 December 2019:
1. Recall of Frigate AS Council members and election of new Council members.
To recall the Council members of Frigate AS and to elect the following persons to the Council of Frigate AS: Aleksejs Bahtinovs, Pavel Dushin and Armands Bušs.
2. Other matters.
To include the issue of increasing the number of Frigate AS Board members from 2 to 3 and amending the Statutes of Frigate AS for consideration at this meeting.
3. Amendments to the Statutes.
To amend the Statutes of Frigate AS and to express Article 7.1 of the Statutes of Frigate AS as follows: "The Board consists of three Board members. The Council appoints the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman of the Board from among the members of the Board.".
